It is possible to use Bahar digital wallet services in two formats: infrastructure and API. Some of Bahar’s API-based services include:

Token Management

This set of services is used to validate and receive tokens to call other services. The details of this service are:
• Defining a user to access the services
• Token receiving service to use the services
• The service of receiving a new token using the previous token

Wallet Type Management

Creating, editing and receiving the information of existing wallets is provided by this set of services. It will also be possible to include interest on the balance of the wallet. The details of this service are:
• Receiving all types of wallet accounts
• Creating a new type of wallet account
• Editing wallet account type
• Removing the wallet account type
• Multi-wallet possibility

Commission Management

This set of services is used to create, edit, inquire and delete commissions. The Transaction Commission can be defined based on the following parameters:
• Type of operation (operation code)
• Type of wallet (riyal, credit, etc.)
• Type of commission (fixed or percentage)
• User group
• Channel
• Media (web, application, etc.)

Customer Management

With this set of services, it is possible to define a customer along with opening a Rial or foreign currency account and managing the black list of customers. The details of this service are:
• Registering customer and opening a default account for the user
• Receiving real/legal customer profile
• Editing customer profile
• Adding customer to blacklist
• Removing the customer from the black list

Limitation Management

This set of services is used to create, edit, inquire and delete transaction limits. The transaction limit can be defined based on the following parameters:
•The type of operation
• The type of origin/destination account
• Transaction origin/destination branch
• Type of destination account
• User group
• Type of user (customer or merchant)
• Minimum/maximum amount
• The type of limitation (per transaction, daily,…)

Merchants Management

This set of services is used to create, edit, inquire and logically delete users and merchants. It also provides the possibility of opening a Riyal account in the branch.

Branch Management

This set of services is used to create, edit and receive branch information.

Transaction management

This set of services includes the following:
• Viewing user transactions
• Registering and confirming of temporary transaction
•Transaction management by tokens
•Scheduled payments management
• Receiving the account turnover
• Reverse/Refund services
• Payment/withdrawal transactions
• Batch payment/withdrawal transactions
• Apportioning in the moment (depositing the stakeholder’s share to their private accounts in the wallet)
• Commission calculation in the moment

Transaction status

This service is used to inquire about the status of deposit, withdrawal and registration requests of the user or recipient.

Customer Group Management

This service includes the following:
• Receiving all customer groups
• Creating a new customer group
• Editing a customer group
• Deleting a customer group

Wallet Management

• Receiving account balance of a wallet or internal accounts related to different branches.
• Blocking all or part of the wallet balance as a complete block or limited block.
• Unblocking the wallet
• Checking the status of an account
• Opening a new account for the user at the branch.
• Inquiring about Shaba number information
• Receiving all accounts of a user
• Receiving the sum of debits and credits of the user in a certain period of time
• Displaying the transaction limit of a user based on the operation code
• Editing the information of a wallet account
• Receiving all accounts of a user in the branch of the token holder

Apportionment Management

If there are several stakeholders in the purchase process, it will be possible to define and apportion a percentage of the transaction for them. The details of this service are:
• Add a new apportionment for the merchant
• Receiving the information of a merchant’s apportionment in a branch through a channel
• Receive information about an apportionment

MULTI-CURRENCY

The possibility of supporting the wallet of different currency units by defining their exchange rates.

Cash-back

Through this service and by scanning QR-Code, it is possible to receive cash or cash credit on users’ wallets. Sales campaigns and customer clubs can be mentioned among the main functions of cash-back.

Notification Services

Informing users about the results of transactions by sending SMS, e-mail, etc.

Financial management and management of financial documents template

This set of services is used to issue and inquire financial documents and balances.
Also, financial document template management services are used to create, edit, inquire and delete the financial template.

Charging the wallet through the payment gateway
